Our services involve the creation and delivery of digital products (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital content, it is deemed "used" immediately upon downloading or opening. Therefore, strictly no refunds will be granted once the payment is completed and the biodata file has been generated or delivered.

3. No Cancellations

Since our service creates your biodata instantly upon payment, there is no window for cancellation. Once you confirm your payment through our payment gateway (Razorpay) and the process is initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or credit only under the following technical circumstances:

• If you were charged but the file was not generated due to a technical error on our side.
• If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
